Welcome to Jaisalmer Package Tours. By accessing our website and booking our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Booking and Payments
A deposit of 50% of the total tour cost is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid before or upon arrival in Jaisalmer. We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and UPI payments.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to the tour start date: 100% refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations made 7 to 14 days prior to the tour start date: 50% refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the tour start date: No refund.
3. Travel Insurance
We highly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance before their trip. Jaisalmer Package Tours is not responsible for any loss, damage, illness, or injury that occurs during the tour.
4. Itinerary Changes
We reserve the right to alter the itinerary or substitute accommodation of a similar standard due to unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions, or local events.
